Muscle testing is a non-invasive way of evaluating the body’s imbalances and assessing its needs. It involves applying slight pressure to a large muscle to provide information on energy blockages. Muscles, organs, and glands are interconnected via energy circuits of nerves, lymphatics, energy meridians, and blood vessels. These circuits " turn off" when imbalanced or blocked by illness, injury, or toxin overload. The only two responses to muscle testing are ‘strong’ or ‘weak’. When a muscle tests ‘weak’ the physical or mental function under investigation is weak and a correction is needed to make it strong or energetically have it “turn on” once again.

Distance work is the ability to work with a person's energy without being physically present with that person. Distance work is done over the phone at a pre-arranged time, or it can be done at any scheduled time, and results called or emailed to the recipient. To have distance work done, a recent picture must be submitted. Clients must also be in a quiet place and undisturbed for the duration of the appointment.
After the initial consultation, which includes a head to toe assessment and balance, clients are advised to continue receiving balances at least once every week or two until they start to feel definite changes. You may not experience any sensations during and after a treatment. Other times you may feel more emotional or even a bit dizzy. These effects are normal and a sign that energy is moving. Some people may experience reoccurring symptoms as their body becomes better aligned and balanced. These are simply layers revealing themselves and will subside usually within 24 – 48 hours. The number of treatments it takes to bring the body back to a state of balance will be different for each person and often depends on the length and severity of the symptoms of ill-health. It may take from four to six balances for you to notice a significant improvement. Children often respond more quickly than adults.
